Prices of the products. Currency of purchase.
The prices of the products shown in the online shop are VAT NOT included.
The VAT on these products is the current rate in Spain, i.e. 21%. Prices and transactions are in Euros. If you have an intra-Community VAT number, this tax will not apply to sales made within the common European area.
Shipping costs.
Peninsular Spain shipping costs from 6 €.
The purchase is perfected at the time of making the purchase process and paying the amount of the same.
The deadlines for the right of withdrawal under Spanish and European law begin to run at the time of actual receipt of the goods. This time will be credited by proof of receipt of the goods by the buyer or person delegated by him.
Delivery times.
They will be indicated in the purchase process. Failing this, it is understood that between 24 and 72 working hours in mainland Spain and between 3 and 5 days in the rest of the countries. This period depends on third parties and on the reception of the goods by the client or person to whom he delegates. We consider the delivery time to have been met when the personnel of the transport agency makes the first delivery or notification of passage in the absence of the recipient.
Returns.
The return transport costs are borne by the customer.
The return of the product by defect or manufacturing failure, breakage in transport or any other fault attributable to the company will not generate any type of expense on the part of the customer or any other type of right of compensation in any way. In this case the company will give the buyer the option to exchange the product or return it free of charge.
Right of withdrawal.
If you do not want the product once received, you have 14 days to return it by the way indicated by the company. Packaging and product must be in the same condition as received. If these elements are not considered suitable for sale, the refund of their amounts will be refused.
If at the time of receipt of the refund everything is in order, the amounts will be refunded.

Total or partial reproduction, use for any purpose and reproduction by any existing analogical or digital method or for any purpose to be invented is FORBIDDEN.
