Shipping costs.
Shipping costs for mainland Spain and Balearic Islands from 6 €. (The calculation will be based on the weight/volume of the shipment)
Shipping costs for all other destinations will be calculated at the time of purchase according to weight/volume and country of destination.
The purchase is perfected at the time of making the purchase process and paying the amount of the same.
The deadlines for the right of withdrawal under Spanish and European law begin to run at the time of actual receipt of the goods. Such time shall be evidenced by proof of receipt of the goods by the buyer or a person delegated by him.
Delivery times.
They will be indicated in the purchase process. Failing this, it is understood that between 24 and 72 hours WORKABLE in Spain and between 3 and 5 working days outside Spain. This period depends on third parties and on the reception of the goods by the customer or the person to whom he delegates them. We consider the delivery time to have been met when the personnel of the transport agency makes the first delivery or notification of passage in the absence of the recipient.
Returns.
The return transport costs are borne by the customer.
The return of the product by defect or manufacturing failure, breakage in transport or any other fault attributable to the company will not generate any type of expense on the part of the customer or any other type of right of compensation in any way. In this case the company will give the buyer the option to exchange the product or return it free of charge.
Right of withdrawal.
If you do not want the product once received, you have 14 days to return it by the way indicated by the company. Packaging and product must be in the same condition as received. If such items in return are deemed unfit for sale, the amounts of such items shall not be refunded.
If at the time of receipt of the refund everything is in order, the amounts will be refunded.
